Dawson Creek is set to host the 2023 National Women’s Under-18 Champtionship on Sunday, November 5th to Saturday, November 11th, 2023 at the Ovintiv Events Centre, Dawson Creek, BC.
Ticket packages can be purchased online at LakeViewTix.com, in person at Lake View Tix Box Office located inside the Ovintiv Events Centre or over the phone at 250-782-7443. Single tickets will be available for purchase at a later date.
The 2023 National Women's Under-18 Championship, a showcase of Canadian women's under-18 hockey, represents a continuing partnership between Hockey Canada, B.C. Hockey, and the local host committee. Eight teams will represent their home provinces/regions and will be facing off inside the Ovintiv Events Centre in Dawson Creek and will be an opportunity for Hockey Canada’s scouting staff to evaluate players from across Canada. These elite Provincial teams not only compete for a gold medal, but since the tournament’s inception in 2001, it has been a first step towards international gold by vying for a spot on Canada’s National Women’s Team.
